Parameters defining elastic-brittle beam interactions between bonded particles.

Parameters:
  • name (string) - Name assigned to this group of interactions.
  • youngsModulus (float) - Youngs Modulus for bonds (stress units).
  • poissonsRatio (float) - Poisson's ratio for bonds (dimensionless).
  • cohesion (float) - Mohr-Coulomb cohesion factor (stress units).
  • tanAngle (float) - tan(angle of internal friction) for Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion (dimensionless).
  • tag (int) - Connections which are tagged with tag will be created with these parameters.
  • meanR_scaling (bool) - use mean particle radius instead of min particle radius as the radius of bonds
  • truncated (double) - factor by which to truncate tensile strength
  • beta1 (double) - factor by which to suppress bending in failure criterion
  • beta2 (double) - factor by which to suppress torsion in failure criterion
